Gegründet im kalten Winter 2015 in Wisconsin, ist Ossuary die Manifestation von Macht durch Trauer, Misanthropie und die totale Anbetung des Todes. Inspiriert von tiefem Verlust, angetrieben von der Qual der Hoffnungslosigkeit, hat die Band keine Verwendung für selbstgefällige Darbietungen von Technik. Ossuary ist dick, schwarz und beängstigend schleppend – eine düstere, hasserfüllte Ausstellung des Todes.
Nach vier Jahren des Winterschlafs nach Cremation Ritual von 2015 haben Ossuary im Frühjahr 2019 ihr zweites selbst aufgenommenes Album Supreme Degradation veröffentlicht. Die ursprüngliche Kassettenveröffentlichung von Darkness Shall Rise und die Wiederveröffentlichung von Maggot Stomp sind beide ausverkauft, aber eine Veröffentlichung auf Vinyl ist für später in diesem Jahr von MSUO geplant. Die Band tourte bereits durch die Vereinigten Staaten und wird im März zu Total Death Over Mexico reisen.
